Welcome to QUICK! We are delighted to have you travel with us. Please read the following information carefully to ensure a smooth and enjoyable journey.

USA – Canada Border Crossing

Entry into Canada: All Canadian and foreign citizens are required to produce a valid passport, travel visa, enhanced driver’s license, or Nexus card.

Entry into the USA: All American and foreign citizens are required to produce a valid passport, travel visa, enhanced driver’s license, or Nexus card.

Fare Types

We offer a variety of fare types to suit your needs, whether you’re traveling one-way or roundtrip. Booking a roundtrip at the time of purchase will save you money.

Carry-On Items

All fares include one personal article as a carry-on item. Your personal article should be no larger than 6″ x 13″ x 17″ (16 cm x 33 cm x 43 cm) and weigh no more than 22 lbs (10 kg). If your baggage exceeds these restrictions, it must be placed in the lower baggage area for a fee. Oversized and sports equipment are assessed separately. Please see the “Baggage” section for more details.

Fare Classes

ECONO: Ideal for budget-conscious travelers. This fare includes one free personal item and one free checked bag. This fare is non-refundable and non-changeable. Additional baggage selection is available at the time of purchase for a fee, with a maximum of two additional checked bags.

FLEX+: Offers ultimate flexibility and includes one free personal item and two free checked bags. The base fare is refundable up to 12 hours before departure (minus applicable non-refundable fees). One additional checked bag may be added at the time of purchase for a fee.

PROMO: Special sales to recognize events and promotions. Terms and conditions vary based on the promotion. Look for such promotions via our advertising or website.

Tickets

Tickets are valid only for the person listed on the booking and for the schedule, date, and time for which the ticket was purchased.

At the time of boarding, you must produce either a digital or hard copy of your ticket along with matching identification.

Fares & Fees

Fare prices are published on the QUICK website and may also be obtained by contacting the Customer Excellence Centre. Fares are displayed in U.S. dollars (USD) and may be paid in U.S. or Canadian dollars (CAD) via credit card only. QUICK does not accept cash.

Fares are valid only for the schedule, date, and time quoted unless flexibility is permitted by the fare type.

Changes & Refunds

Only certain fare types allow changes or refunds. All changes must be made at least 12 hours prior to scheduled departure. Changes may be requested by email at reservation@quickshuttle.com or by phone at 1-800-665-2122.

Failure to request a change at least 12 hours prior to departure will result in the ticket being redeemed. Transaction and telephone fees are non-refundable.

If you miss your departure due to a late flight arrival or cruise disembarkation, please contact QUICK to be booked on the next available departure.

Acceptance & Carriage

Passengers must comply with all applicable laws. No weapons or illicit drugs are permitted onboard.

Passengers must follow the instructions of QUICK staff and drivers. Unruly or illegal behavior may result in denied boarding, removal, a ban from services, or reporting to authorities.

QUICK reserves the right to refuse carriage of any person, luggage, or goods and may inspect luggage at its discretion.

Passengers are responsible for border admissibility of themselves and their belongings. Tickets are non-refundable if border crossing is denied.

QUICK is not liable for delays, cancellations, or schedule changes due to weather, road conditions, breakdowns, or other uncontrollable circumstances.

Baggage

Quick Shuttle does provide wheelchair-accessible coaches, equipped with a lift to accommodate manual foldable wheelchairs only. However, to ensure availability of such a vehicle, you must request it 72 hours prior to departure date.

QUICK does not carry dangerous goods, including loose lithium batteries.

All fares include one personal article (6″ x 13″ x 17″, max 22 lbs). Additional baggage must be checked for a fee.

• Normal Baggage: Max 50 lbs (23 kg), 62” linear dimensions.
• Oversized or Equipment: Space permitting, max 70 lbs (32 kg), securely wrapped.

Passengers are responsible for tagging and retrieving their baggage. QUICK is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen baggage.

Passengers must not access the lower baggage compartment. Theft or tampering will result in permanent bans and reporting to authorities.
